Just like everything else around here I want to do the job only once. The roof that was on this 30x40 foot building was put on in the summer of 1994. It was never installed right and they did not use any felt. I had to replace a number of sheets of plywood back in 2004 and even at that time of only 10 years its days were numbered. Went with AB Martin Metal roof. Added eves to match the house.
One of these days will replace the ugly, never installed right blue siding with vertical metal. Also, will have plywood placed on the walls as right now its some type of felt. !
